Excellent place with its friendly staff, free parking, and cozy lounge area. I still remember how they helped find my lost barrette on my first stay. Highly recommend trying the delicious breakfast options!

Loved the room with 3 beds, my bed was comfy. All the services were efficient. Moreover, I parked on site❤

The bathroom was a little small, I didn't like it.

The location was stunning and handy, you can visit St Chad's Church by walking. The staff were amiable and exceptional, excellent services. Rooms were warm and cosy and provided with extra attention, TV, for example.

I loved the convenient spot just a few steps from the Collegiate Church of Saint Mary and a nice walk to Victoria Park. The staff was friendly and the bed was really comfortable.

my room was neat and included central heating, multi-channel tv and a dining area. the staff were exceptionally nice and exceptional hole time of my stay. the hotel had a very central location and it was very close to an arts theater. it was located in a nice area short walk to shops, and the gatehouse theatre which is 1 minute walk away.

Navigating the two flights of steep, narrow stairs to the room can be a workout, especially if you've got luggage. Some areas around the hotel could use a serious scrub-cobwebs and dust are not a great look. Plus, a few creaky floorboards might keep you guessing who's roaming the halls after hours.

The spacious family room comfortably accommodated our large group, including four babies. The breakfast offered plenty of choices, and the central location was a huge plus, just a short walk to nearby attractions.

In my wife's opinion, more facilities for babies would be great.
